How We Work
No mystery, no big-bang promises. We work in four plain steps that keep you in control from the first conversation to the final handover.
The four steps
Listen and understand
We start with a proper conversation: what’s frustrating you, what you’ve already tried, and what “better” looks like for your organisation. No assumptions, no pre-written answers.
You’ll need to:one conversation of 60–90 minutes.
You get:a written summary of what we heard and an agreed definition of success — yours to keep either way.
Shape the work
Together we agree what will be done, what it will cost, and how we’ll know it’s worked. If the honest answer is “you don’t need this”, we’ll say so.
You’ll need to:one review session.
You get:a one-page plan — scope, milestones, price, success measures.
Deliver in practical steps
Work happens in short, visible stages. You see progress at every step, can change direction early, and are never surprised by an invoice or a three-month silence.
You’ll need to:a 30-minute review at each stage boundary.
You get:a working deliverable per stage and a short note on what changed and why.
Leave you stronger
We hand over documentation, training and ownership, so your team can run and improve the result without being dependent on us. Success means you call us less, not more.
You’ll need to:one handover session with whoever will own the result.
You get:a plain-English documentation pack and full ownership of your systems and data.
What you can expect from us
- Plain English. If a concept needs jargon, we explain the jargon.
- Honest timelines and costs, updated as soon as anything changes.
- Small deliverables early, rather than everything at the end.
- No lock-in: your data, your systems, your documentation.
Sounds like the way you’d want to work?
An initial conversation is free and without obligation.
